Staff navigation, work queue and search

Business workspace

Sign in through the configured staff address; its default is /admin/master/login. Overview highlights outstanding work. Work queue groups actionable operations, while Customers, Orders, Services, Domains, Invoices, Transactions and Support inbox open their own records. Promotions and Reports appear only with the corresponding permission. Earlier licensed releases use Payments, Offline payments and Marketing for the corresponding workflows. Select the affected resource before acting so the saved customer, seller, currency and provider remain visible.

Search accepts a short identifying phrase and groups permitted records. Business and System searches have different categories. A hidden navigation item may mean the staff account lacks permission; changing the URL does not grant it. Search is a locator, not a mechanism to edit or transfer a record.

System workspace

Configuration links to Business & billing, Offline payment methods, Branding & contact, Brands & storefronts, Currency, Contact & support, Country content & SEO, Maintenance, Form protection, Products & pricing, TLD prices & registrars, Email & templates, Support configuration, Staff & permissions, Appearance, Website hostnames and DNS zones. Provider connections are separated into Payment gateways, Hosting servers, Domain registrars and DNS providers. Install & maintain contains Modules & addons, System updates, Core updates & cron and Administration access. Earlier licensed releases retain Themes & appearance and a separate Addons entry; use the menu reference below for those labels.

Personal and protected work

Profile & password, Account security, Security activity and Preview storefronts belong to the signed-in staff member. Enrol MFA before normal staff work. Reconfirm your password when a protected action requests it. Provider-action dialogs validate permission and confirmation even if another staff member shared a link.

When a task is held

Open the record's exact hold reason. A paid invoice, healthy global heartbeat or successful connection test does not resolve a wrong resource mapping. Check the issuing brand, assigned provider, package, dates and durable operation history. An uncertain external action must be reconciled before another submission. Staff menu directory

The reviewed newer-main navigation contains 47 menu labels across its System and Business workspaces. A link appears only when the installed release exposes its route and your staff account has the required permission. Enabled modules, release-specific capabilities and installation approval still apply; this directory does not grant access or make an unreleased feature available.

The earlier licensed 1.3.8 interface uses the following seven additional names. These are genuine labels from that implementation and are not current newer-main menu names. Follow the guide for the exact installed release; a documentation update does not update installed code.
