Catalogue structure

Open System → Products & pricing with catalogue.manage. Organise categories, then create the product with its type, slug, customer-facing description, status and eligibility. The storefront has dedicated hosting, VPS, dedicated-server and reseller-hosting listings; a listing type does not itself implement a corresponding provisioning driver.

Create prices for the actual currency and billing term, including setup or recurring charges where the product form supports them. Review enabled/disabled price rows carefully: an explicitly disabled local price is not replaced by a converted fallback. Direct enabled local prices take precedence over currency conversion. Service renewals retain their stored recurring price rather than automatically adopting every later catalogue edit.

Configurable selections and addons

Use the product's configuration/variation tools to declare the choices that are actually available. Attach product addons only to their permitted parent products and configure their own eligible price terms. These are customer order additions, distinct from installing an application extension through Modules & addons or buying an Orbit premium addon for EmailaBiller itself.

Review initial and recurring totals for every permitted combination, quantity and currency. Server-generated pricing is checked again during checkout; a stale cart cannot silently preserve a changed quotation. Imported legacy options require reconciliation rather than assuming every WHMCS option has a native implementation.

Delivery configuration

Choose automatic or manual delivery explicitly. For cPanel hosting, map the exact verified server connection and existing creatable WHM package; current package inventory is part of readiness. Reseller hosting needs its separate permission. Generic VPS/dedicated labels must not be advertised as automatic delivery unless a reviewed module actually implements them.

Validate before publication

Preview the product as a customer, add it to the cart, change its permitted options and verify both the initial invoice and saved renewal amount. Confirm the correct seller, tax, currency, nameserver plan, package and support context. Keep checkout closed until the selected fulfilment path and recovery have been rehearsed. See hosting readiness and currency pricing.
