Administrator Help, search and product support
Use the newer local contextual help library and open genuine Orbit support, bug and feature-request forms.

Local help in the matching release
The reviewed newer source adds Help in both staff workspaces and a Help centre link for active MFA-complete staff. Search/filter its shipped contextual reference and open the relevant operational or provider answer. This feature requires its matching released core/content; an older signed product archive is not upgraded by this website's documentation.
Help reads generic local content. Opening/searching it does not test providers, create keys, send a ticket, transmit logs, read customer billing records or execute an update. Permissions for the linked settings/action remain enforced by their own controllers.
Understand the library
The source library combines curated operational answers, module overviews and generated field scenarios grounded in actual provider schema. Its source documents 10,000 contextual questions, not 10,000 separately researched manuals or independent product features. Repeated shared validation rules do not prove additional integrations. Full provider setup manuals, exact installed schema and release boundaries remain authoritative.
Contact product support
The support, bug-report and feature-request actions lead to the authenticated Orbit support form at /account/support/new on emailaorbit.com. Sign in with your own Orbit account, select the relevant organisation/product and submit the issue yourself. Track its status in Orbit Area support.
Include exact installed version, affected feature, safe reference/error code, approximate time, expected result and a minimal reproduction with private data removed. Keep activation grants, private keys, provider credentials, database exports and customer documents out of public examples.
Limits
Opening a Help action does not automatically submit a ticket or upload logs. The reviewed SDK does not provide an embedded ticket-submission API or automatic single sign-on from local staff to Orbit. A shared administrator key or browser-form automation is not a substitute. Local product customers continue using your installation's own support desk; Orbit product support does not become their billing portal.
