What counts towards the client limit?
Packages count billing client accounts in EmailaBiller. They do not count the hosted accounts managed by EmailaPanel.
Are updates included?
Subscription packages include updates. Lifetime purchases cover indefinite use of the purchased version; each optional selected release update costs USD 19. An update purchase is not another product-use licence.
Can I move my licence to another domain?
Yes. The licence covers one domain and supports domain changes. Transfer the licence through the available management process when moving; it does not permit simultaneous production copies.
Is there a trial?
A separate 14-day trial is listed. Activation availability and the exact trial limits are confirmed before access is issued.
Will a fresh installation immediately charge customers?
No. Checkout starts closed. Configure and verify the required provider modules, merchant settings, SMTP and scheduler before accepting real orders or enabling remote automation.
Does the installer upgrade an existing billing platform?
The supplied candidate is for a new isolated installation. It is not an automatic WHMCS migration or an in-place replacement of an existing database. Review a separate migration and recovery plan first.
